Season 3?

Actually Danny I think there are legal reasons why you can't join WCG Ultimate Gamer unless you are 18. 5 more years of pratice, tournaments and competitive play can't hurt anyway ... if you are that dedicated you would still be on top.

Danny you'd be surprised how tough some of the people that get on that show are like season 1 most of the people there were number 1 in the world for atleast one game so unless you have entered a tournament and taken 1st i'm sorry to say i dont think you could beat the players. And like Matt said you have to be fairly old to be a part of it probablly 19-21 etc i say 19 because chosen1 was 19-20

I could gurantee that i could beat the adults on WCG Ultimate Gamer

Danny Chanaphoo posted on Aug. 12, 2011, 5:41 a.m.

I think the age limit should be 13 and over because Im 13 and I beat every person whos online and facing me and there are a lot of hardcore kids who could beat the adults easy

Just out of curiosity, how do you know when the auditions will be held? I would certainly like to participate but have no idea what's going on as far as when and where the auditions will be held.

RommelAOE posted on April 11, 2011, 8:01 p.m.

I have to correct Matt_O on something. They as well hold auditions in Chicago and Atlanta. As well they accept video auditions. Some ppl can't travel. You do however have a better chance if you can make it so you can show your skills. You don't need a list of major tournaments on your resume. (mark from season one was only in local tournaments). Two of my friends made callbacks last year n have no tournament backgrounds. So anyone has a shot. They want to see skills and personality.

No sir, age limit for this show is 18, as I think Mike or Sebastin where 18/19 years old. =)

Firstly, there will not be auditions for WCG Ultimate Gamer 3 until late 2011 maybe early 2012. Secondly, you must be 21 years of ago because there is free alcohol on the show and you must be legally old enough to drink. You must have an impressive LAN tournament accomplishment resume and that means showing up to tournaments in real life and since you're 15 I doubt you've been to any big tournaments such as WCG,CPL,MLG, or any others. Your online ladder accomplishments won't even be looked at as impressive to the WCG staff. Auditions are always held in New York and California, you can send in a video online but you will not be taken serious by the WCG staff unless you show up in person. It's good that you are playing basketball. Try to keep fit if you plan to be on this show when you're older. Good luck.

Earth. Having games isn't much to boast about. It's winning them that matters. And I have a tendency to win.

iM_Cyde posted on Dec. 2, 2010, 12:37 p.m.

sorry kid you have to be at least 18 years or older, only 3 more years and a lot more practice you can squeeze in though

Ea_rth posted on Dec. 2, 2010, 12:36 p.m.

Hey everyone, most avid Xbox gamers know me from gamebattles across all games. I'm the original Cyde. After taking first in multiple different ladders across gamebattles solo, I then formed a doubles team (ParanormaL) with Glow. We competed in one tournament, and beat out known halo 3 pros such as Flamesword for the first place spot in NJHalo 2009. As a 15 year old player, I've been gaming for as long as I can remember, and after winning ladders across all games such as Halo 3, Halo: Reach, Call of Duty 4, Call of Duty: Black Ops, Madden 2007-2010, Fifa 10, etc. I think it's fair to say that I may be the Ultimate Gamer. Outside of the console, my soccer team (from a small town) took first place in New Jersey for Flight One, with me spearheading as goalie. I am also currently practicing basketball with my school's varsity team as only a freshman. Those that know me personally will attest to my competitiveness, my humor, and my love for gaming. My name is Connor Blundell, I've been known as 'Cyde' for years, and my current gamertag is 'iiM Connor'. I'm sure that I would make the BEST possible contestant for Ultimate Gamer, and I'm sure that I'd be out there to win it all. Thanks in advance for this opportunity.
